Welcome to The Designated Teacher's Guide to Children in Care and Kinship Care. This course is for designated teachers and everyone in school who supports children in care, children who have left care, and children growing up with relatives. We'll look at your legal role, working with the virtual school, trauma-aware classroom practice, and how identity, belonging and fair treatment shape a child's time in school.
