Refund policy

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and get a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Our courses are digital content that you can start straight away. By buying, you ask us to give you immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you start a course you have bought. "Starting" means opening any course included in that purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a course does not work properly, tell us. We will first try to fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you in full or in part. This does not affect your other legal rights.
We want you to be happy with your learning. If something has gone wrong outside these rules (for example, you bought the same course twice, or bought a single course and then All-Access within 14 days), contact us and we will consider a full or partial refund or a credit.
Free courses cost nothing, so no refund applies.
The 14-day cancellation right is for consumers. Refunds for organisation and team training purchases follow the agreement or invoice terms agreed with that organisation.
Email support@bfcaacademy.co.uk with your name, the email on your account, what you bought and the date. We will reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 14 days. Your access to the refunded courses will end.
