you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund under the following

conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are only applicable if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

Promotional courses and discounted purchases are non-refundable.

Subscription-based plans may be canceled, but refunds are only issued for unused access

where applicable.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Fully accessed or completed courses.

Certificates of completion once issued.

Courses purchased through third-party platforms (refunds must be requested directly from

the provider).


3. Process for Requesting a Refund

Submit a refund request via [email/contact form link] within 7 days of purchase, including

proof of payment and a reason for the request.

Our team will review the request within 7 days and notify you of the decision.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days.


4. Course Cancellation & Technical Issues


If BFCA Academy cancels a course, enrolled users will receive a full refund or course credit.

If a course has major technical issues preventing access, users may request a course

credit.
