Welcome to Recording Without Bias: Daily Logs, Incidents and Restraint. This course is for everyone who writes in a child's record in a children's home. We look at why records matter so much, what the Children's Homes Regulations require, how bias and adultification creep into everyday language, and how to write clear, fair, factual entries that include the child's own voice.
