Job description:
US IT Recruiter:
Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is MUST
End to End US IT Recruitment Cycle
Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback/input to the development team to improve
features/functionality.
Maintain requirements and candidate database on our in-house platform
Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills
Reading resumes and qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), behavioral fitment, stability, suitability, etc.,
Good experience in screening, conducting phone screening, providing candidate assessments
Drive high-quality selection; experience with various job portals and social network sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in dealing with candidates - , H1B, TN Permit holders. With good knowledge of tax terms
(W2,1099, C2C).
Foster long term relationships with candidates
Experience in closing contracts, contract to hire, and full-time positions with clients
Work in a quick turnaround time to fulfill the requirements
Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partner
