About Us:
Sub Teacher Source is a leading staffing agency that partners with school districts to provide dependable Substitute Teachers when regular educators are unavailable. Our mission is simple: ensure students continue receiving quality education no matter the day.
We are currently hiring on-call Substitute Teachers who are flexible and available during high-demand days, particularly Mondays and Fridays.
Position: Substitute Teacher (On-Call / As-Needed)
This is an on-call, as-needed role. There is no guaranteed number of days or hours each week . Most substitute teaching assignments are posted the evening before or the morning of the school day. Limited advance scheduling may be available depending on school needs and availability.
2. Responsibilities:
Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent
Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment
Adapt quickly to different grade levels and school settings
Follow all district and school policies
3.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Dependable, punctual, and flexible availability
