As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll make our restaurants feel like home for everyone who walks through the door. From managing the kitchen, to cheering on your crew, you'll help each team member shine and ensure every guest leaves with a big grin and a full belly. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Warmly welcome and provide next-level hospitality to our guests
• Lead shifts of 5-10+ burger experts while motivating and growing your team
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and tidy
• Celebrate the wins and turn mistakes into learning opportunities
• Help make MWB a great place to work by making every shift a blast
• Help run a multi-million dollar business
