We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to join our client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint 2013 administration and proven hands-on experience in migrations from SP2013 to SharePoint Online (SPO) . This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint platforms, administration, workflows, forms, and migration tools, along with strong scripting knowledge in PowerShell .
Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint 2013 environments.
Lead and execute migration projects from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online using tools such as AvePoint or similar.
Manage and support SharePoint Online workflows and InfoPath forms .
Develop, manage, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, monitor performance, and optimize SharePoint environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are applied to SharePoint environments.
8–10 years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator/Engineer .
Strong expertise in SharePoint 2013 administration .
Experience with SP2013 to SPO migrations .
Practical knowledge of migration tools (AvePoint, ShareGate, or equivalent).
Experience with SPO workflows and InfoPath forms .
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Exposure to SharePoint Online modern features .
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration with SharePoint.
Experience in governance, compliance, and security for SharePoint environments.
