About the job:

Based in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Norfolk, which is responsible for managing, delivering and maintaining assigned Communications and Information Systems (CIS) products and services for Agency customers during peacetime, crisis and war throughout its assigned AOR and as otherwise directed.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Logistician who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations.
  • Coordinates daily work of inventory management for different locations within a facility or a supply network.
  • Develops and analyzes logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
  • Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain.
  • Analyzes and documents key performance indicators of warehouse management in own area.
  • Assists in maintaining NCIA CIS Assets Property Accounting Records for NCIA Entities and External Customers within CSU AoR.

About you:

The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
  • Experience in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
