Job Description: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Part-Time, 20 hours/week for 6 months)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial in consolidating our multiple Salesforce instances into a single, streamlined system. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and project management skills, focusing on requirements gathering, process consolidation, training, and user collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce consolidation.
• Analyze existing Salesforce instances to identify redundancies and opportunities for integration into a unified system.
• Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring the new system aligns with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption of the consolidated Salesforce instance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate processes and drive project milestones.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the transition.
• Prepare detailed project plans and status reports to communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments and the ability to analyze and integrate multiple instances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
