Role: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA(Hybrid)

Role Overview:
- The Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical excellence, and Salesforce best practices.
- This role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and offshore/onshore team coordination to successfully implement, integrate, and enhance Salesforce platforms at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership
- Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance models, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive collaboration and consensus across global offshore and onshore development and QA teams.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to manage requirements, UAT closure, release planning, communication, and end-user training.
- Solution Architecture & Technical Oversight
- Review solution designs and provide architectural guidance to solution architects and development teams.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
- Own data migration strategy and execution, including hands-on involvement in complex data migrations and multi-org user rollouts.
- Identify requirement gaps and provide technical direction to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, QA resources, and technical consultants.
- Foster collaboration across technical teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business leaders and IT stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve gaps between business requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide regular status updates on milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Build alignment and consensus across cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Define and implement robust testing strategies to ensure solution quality and platform stability.
- Partner with QA leadership to align testing schedules, execution plans, and quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data privacy regulations.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases, platform enhancements, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to improve CRM performance, scalability, and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven success delivering complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering a minimum of three large-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Salesforce Certifications
- Minimum of 5 Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I & II
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Application Architect (Preferred)
- Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Data Loader, and DocuSign integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and release management best practices.
- Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
