Your Role as a Sales Engineer:
As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Appspace product solutions, setting up demonstrations, and explaining features and benefits to customers and partners. Additionally, you will partner with our Customer Success and Enhanced Services teams as a post-sales subject matter expert to drive existing account expansion via new feature demonstration, client use case consultation, and custom project scoping and implementation. The Sales Engineer must understand customer business needs and use this understanding to define a solution that fits those requirements and allows the customer to have scalability and flexibility for future needs. This position requires excellent communication skills on both a technical and business level with stellar interpersonal and presentation skills.
