Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Multimedia Designer to join our growing in-house Marketing Team. This is an opportunity to work across every stage of multimedia production — from pre-production and shooting to editing, animation and distribution for a global technology consultancy.

You’ll support a high-performing team producing videos, animations, podcasts and social content that brings to life the stories of our people, clients and innovations in AI, data, design and engineering. You’ll also be encouraged to experiment with new formats, techniques and AI-powered tools to help us scale quality content across a variety of channels.

Job responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end production of multimedia content: video, audio, motion graphics and social-first formats.
• Support animation, podcast and video productions.
• Help develop short-form, vertical and interactive formats for social platforms.
• Stay up to date with emerging production tools and generative AI workflows to help us work faster and smarter.
• Collaborate with senior producers, designers and writers to align multimedia content with business goals and brand standards.
• Organize assets, help maintain our content libraries and help with captioning, transcription and accessibility requirements.
• Occasionally assist on-set with lighting, camera, audio or help coordinate logistics for remote and in-person shoots.
• Contribute fresh ideas and help shape our multimedia content.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

• Advanced English speaker.
• Excited to learn, experiment and grow in a fast-paced B2B marketing & communications environment.
• Interested in editing a video, refining a motion asset or trying out a new AI tool.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere and After Effects).
• Experience with tools like Riverside, Descript, AI image-to-video tools or Canva is a plus.
• Experience working with generative AI tools (image, video, text) a benefit.
• Knowledge of video accessibility and localization practices is a benefit.
• Basic camera and lighting skills.

Professional Skills

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multimedia team.
• A strong communicator and team player who enjoys collaborating across teams and time zones.
