Spinrite is the largest craft yarn and sewing thread company in North America. As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, we are looking for an  Order Picker/Bin Stocker to join our growing Distribution team.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor (ECOM) this individual will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and organizing merchandise for customer orders or replenishing shelves. The job requires efficiency, attention to detail, and physical stamina, as the work is fast-paced and involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Required to operate an RF scan gun.
• Perform all work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must have good eyesight (vision corrected by glasses acceptable).
• Must be able to safely lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in areas without heat or air conditioning.
• Must have knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• During a shift, must be able to perform a considerable amount of squatting, bending, standing, reaching, and walking.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to train/work on other shifts if necessary
• Must be able to lift above 65 inches
• Must be able to write legibly.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
