Responsibilities + Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business development goals. + Coordinate campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. + Track and report on campaign performance metrics. Essential Skills + Proficiency in marketing communications, strategy, and management. + Experience with marketing campaigns and digital marketing. + Strong skills in social media and construction marketing. + Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. + Experience with administrative support and Adobe software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in advertising. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Work Environment The role operates in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented and excel in collaborative team settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
