As a Manager, you’ll be a key part of what makes our culture special. From performing quality checks, to creating schedules and cheering on your crew, you'll help each team member shine and ensure every guest leaves full and happy. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and inspire a team of 25+ burger experts to provide next-level hospitality
• Drive recruiting to ensure your store is fully staffed with great people
• Spot rising stars, and develop top performers into future leaders
• Set high (but fair) standards and inspire your team to reach them every shift
• Celebrate the wins and turn mistakes into learning opportunities
• Help make MWB a great place to work by keeping our friendly, productive, and fun
• Help run a multi-million dollar business

• $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year (paid weekly!)

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:

• You’ve managed teams for concepts like McDonald’s. Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, or similar
• You thrive on the floor with your team but can handle the admin too (this job is 75% floor management, 25% admin)
• You know how to keep a team upbeat, making work productive and fun
• You’re all about developing your team through real-time feedback and support
• You expertly handle employee issues, customer concerns, and other tough situations
