Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires expertise in various technical areas including HVAC, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), along with effective management of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, and installations while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Provide training and mentorship to maintenance personnel on best practices in mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high voltage, low voltage, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs or installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices.
Proficiency in managing programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and using ohmmeters for electrical testing.
Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving operational goals.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience with high voltage systems is preferred; low voltage experience is also beneficial.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
