We have an immediate opening for an experienced Full Time LVN Visiting Nurse covering the Santa Clara and/or San Mateo Counties.
You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate the complexities of their journey.
Stewarding the end-of-life process well requires an unwavering clinical skill set balanced by the art of compassion.
We believe compassion should not be a transaction. We ask ourselves every day how we can do more . . . as caregivers, as a team, and as an organization. We believe in providing exceptional care, so we put patients before profit to ensure a member of our team is focused on the right goals.
We focus on the delivery of the perfect visit every time and ensure that each team member is trained on and consistently exhibits our company’s perfect visit standard.
Please join us in this amazing journey as we bless the lives of our patients, employees, families, and communities in whole.
