Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Mobile Locksmith Technician . We provide essential security services across residential, commercial, and automotive sectors. This hands-on role involves key duplication, lock repair, safe servicing, rekeying, master key system management, and installation of various hardware, including electronic access control systems. 

We're seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined professional with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while embracing coaching. Candidates should be comfortable using tools, mobile devices, and computers, and must demonstrate professionalism in both communication and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and duplicate keys accurately
• Diagnose and resolve lock issues efficiently
• Perform commercial and residential rekeying
• Repair and service safes
• Install, repair, and replace commercial, residential, and electronic hardware.
• Create and duplicate automotive keys
• Develop and maintain master key systems
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
• Present information effectively to customers
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Clean background check (required for Texas locksmith licensing)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined with tool and equipment knowledge
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devices
• Flexible schedule, available to work between 8am to 8pm, closed on Sundays
• Ability to serve all of Austin and the surrounding areas
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus

Compensation

Pay starts at $18.00/hour, depending on experience. Training is paid.
