Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join their well-established insurance agency in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid role with strong earning potential and the opportunity to work with a professional, client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
• Provide accurate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business opportunities
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and account servicing with attention to detail and compliance
• Utilize agency systems including Epic, Quote Rush, Citizens Insurance (Easylinks), RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
• Represent the agency at client meetings and community events in a professional manner
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and client retention goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing (required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance sales or client service (P&C focus)
• Proven track record of closing new business and retaining clients
• Professional phone presence – articulate, clear communicator, confident and efficient
• Presentable and professional in appearance for client-facing events
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• College education preferred
• Experience working directly with Citizens Insurance in Florida
