• Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction - Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping - Develop time studies, work measurement systems, and labor standards to improve productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput - Evaluate and optimize plant layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics - Support new product introductions by designing efficient manufacturing processes and tooling requirements - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to guide decision-making - Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production inefficiencies - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all engineering activities - Train and mentor production staff on process improvements and best practices - Manage engineering support for serial production lines, ensuring consistent quality and output - Oversee process control and optimization for finished goods assembly, packaging, and delivery readiness

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
