What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2-3 years of caregiving experience (senior, adult, or geriatric care preferred) CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP certification is a plus – not required Valid driver’s license and auto insurance under your name Must pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable working in homes with pets Flexible Scheduling Available Your Responsibilities: Provide friendly companionship and conversation Assist with mobility, transfers, and stand-by support Support with meal prep and light housekeeping Offer gentle medication reminders Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming Occasionally transport clients to appointments or errands Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay starting at $15/hour Be part of Dallas’ fastest-growing in-home care agency We’re hiring for all shifts – 24/7 coverage available: 2-hour shifts (Weekdays & Weekends) 4-hour shifts (Weekdays & Weekends) 6-hour shifts (Weekdays & Weekends) 8-hour shifts (Weekdays & Weekends) 12-hour shifts (Weekdays & Weekends) Whether you prefer days, nights, weekdays, or weekends—we’ll build a schedule that works for you.
