Our client in Escondido, CA is seeking an HR Assistant to help streamline employee management processes and provide top-notch administrative support to their Human Resources team. Responsibilities:
+ Managing onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees throughout their tenure.
+ Maintaining and updating HR records, tracking documentation, and supporting employee benefit programs.
+ Assisting with employee relations issues and escalating concerns to appropriate team members.
+ Coordinating workers' compensation claims and ensuring compliance with relevant OSHA reporting requirements.
+ Supporting recruitment efforts with compliant job postings, candidate tracking, and documentation.
+ Handling day-to-day administrative duties for the HR team, ensuring smooth office operations.
+ Providing support for business project teams, including subcontractor compliance tracking and preparing reports.
Requirements
+ 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
+ Strong knowledge of HR principles, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), HRIS platforms, or similar tools.
+ Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
