We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support both our e-commerce and creative teams. In this role, you’ll manage digital assets, create compelling visual content, and ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms. Design and produce materials such as packaging, instruction sheets, catalogs, brochures, flyers, logos, presentations, and spec sheets
Edit and enhance photos, line art, and lifestyle images for quality and realism
Apply color correction and retouching to ensure visual consistency
Maintain proper image standards including perspective, resolution (dpi), and file formats
Upload final assets into the company’s digital asset library in required formats (CMYK, TIF, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure accurate and timely creative deliverables
Create clipping paths, crop, and resize images as needed
Review and QA final images before delivery or publishing
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a high-volume graphic design or image editing environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools
Sharp eye for detail and solid understanding of digital image standards and color theory
Adobe Certification a plus (not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and deadline-driven
Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
Experience with databases, design software, and word processing programs
Knowledge of printing standards and preparing files for print and web
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Primarily office-based with regular computer use
Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs
Close vision required for detailed image work
Moderate noise level with occasional exposure to mechanical equipment
