At Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency, West Broward County, we don’t just fill shifts—we build relationships. We’re looking for kind, dependable, and warm-hearted nannies who are available 3–5 days a week and want to make a difference in a family’s life. Positions vary between 24-36 hours/week This is the perfect role for someone looking for meaningful, flexible work that fits into their life, whether you're a student, a parent, or a childcare professional with availability during the day. Responsibilities: What Your Days Might Look Like • Spending slow mornings or active afternoons with little ones at home • Engaging in developmental play, story time, or snack time • Supporting nap routines and maintaining a peaceful, tidy environment • Assisting stay-at-home or work-from-home parents with the little things that make a big difference • Becoming a familiar, friendly face, children look forward to seeing You might work with the same family each week, or support different families on rotating schedules—we’ll match you based on your preferences and strengths. Qualifications: You’re a Great Fit If You... • Have childcare experience and love what you do (3 years min) • Are dependable, communicative, and nurturing • Value flexibility, but still show up like clockwork • Have your own reliable transportation • Are you CPR certified (or open to becoming certified) • Pass a criminal, civil & driving background check • Can provide 2-3 valid references • At least 3 years of professional childcare experience Pay & Perks • $20–$23/hr based on location of family and hours per week needed • Hiring in multiple zip codes in West Broward • 24-36+ Hours a week shifts available • Weekly direct deposit + mileage reimbursement when driving children • Real-time support from the agency (you’ll never feel on your own) • Ongoing opportunities with the same families or to pick up extra shifts About Company: What We’re About We believe great childcare is rooted in trust, consistency, and genuine care.
