As our Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Security Program Manager youll be a trusted security leader who knows how to balance compliance with care for people. Youre fluent in the language of NISPOM confident with DCSA inspections and thrive in dynamic cleared environments. What youll do:

  • Lead MetroStars security program and ensure compliance with NISPOM and government regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to DCSA and partner agency security offices.
  • Oversee Facility and Personnel Clearance processes through NBIS/DISS.
  • Manage SCIF accreditation physical security and inspection readiness.
  • Direct insider threat and security awareness programs.
  • Partner with People & Culture Contracts and delivery teams to align policy with practice.

What youll need to succeed:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Poly preferred).
  • 7 years of experience managing cleared programs.
  • Expert knowledge of NISPOM ICD 705 and DCSA compliance.
  • Experience managing SCIFs and supervising security teams.
  • Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to be onsite at our Reston HQ office at least 3-4 days/week.

SALARY RANGE: $115000 - $147000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
