Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician to support its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom.

This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors.

Qualifications

  • Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position now or in the future. 
  • Associates degree in electronics or mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience
  • 3+ years maintaining equipment in one or more Wafer Fab functional areas such as Diffusion/LPCVD,
  • EPI, Etch, Thin Films, Implant, Photolithography, and CMP
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Strong electronic skills
  • Excellent Oral communication skills
  • Excellent Written Communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs
