The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, private equity–backed healthcare services organization that’s building something special — and they’re looking for a Director of Patient Recruitment to help lead the way.

This is a chance to step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how patients are identified, engaged, and enrolled across a growing national platform. You’ll have the opportunity to build teams, design smart processes, and bring structure and creativity to a function that truly matters.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a national patient recruitment team across multiple sites
• Build scalable recruitment strategies that drive consistent enrollment results
• Create simple, effective processes, tools, and metrics that teams actually use
• Partner closely with site leaders, clinical teams, and executives to support study success
• Use data and insight to continuously improve performance and patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading patient recruitment or clinical operations in a multi-site environment
• A natural leader who enjoys building teams and developing people
• Someone who’s both strategic and hands-on — comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves
• A collaborative, data-minded professional who thrives in growth-oriented, PE-backed organizations
