Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through the implementation process, ensuring they understand how to leverage our solutions effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing client needs and concerns to foster strong relationships.
  • Monitor client usage and satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features based on their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Develop educational resources and training materials that empower clients to maximize their use of our platform.
  • Utilize your startup experience to adapt processes quickly in response to rapid growth challenges while maintaining high service standards.
  • Champion customer advocacy within the organization by sharing success stories that highlight the impact of our solutions on client businesses.

Qualifications & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer success management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Past experience dealing with customers in a workplace setting.

Nice to Haves

  • A background as a founding member or early employee at a startup, demonstrating adaptability and self-starting capabilities.
  • A proven track record of managing customer relationships remotely while achieving measurable outcomes.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
