We are seeking a strategic Creative Lead with a focus in photography to join our growing creative team. This person will serve as a key creative point of contact for clients, helping with concept development, overseeing production across mediums, and ensuring bold, impactful storytelling for brands.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and our in-house team to concept, stage, photograph, and edit product content across a wide range of brands. You’ll also provide art direction and feedback to other creators, helping guide projects from idea to execution. As the main creative point of contact, you’ll present work to clients, gather their feedback, and translate it back to the team in a clear and actionable way. This position is both hands-on in content creation and driven in client and team collaboration..

Responsibilities:

Product photography for multiple brands, including prop sourcing, styling, and retouching

Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients, inclusive of joining monthly meetings, presenting assets, and discussing feedback and questions

Understanding and implementing clients’ brand guidelines 

Collaboration with other creatives across disciplines (Designers, Videographers, AI creators, etc.) to bring ideas to life

Monthly concepting and asset ideation, in collaboration with Art Directors and Social Media Managers

Delegating tasks to other creatives with clearly written art direction and guidelines, and providing feedback where needed

Keep Inventory of products

Independently manage your schedule, tasks, and projects to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work

Asset management and organization in our internal DAM system

Sometimes being in front of the camera (hands/torso- no faces required) 

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Creative experience in photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling (CPG, beverage, or spirits experience highly preferred)

Ability to photograph in different styles to fit different brands and trends- from highly stylized to minimal lighting

Client-facing and presentation skills; ability to confidently lead creative conversations

Ability to come up with strategic concepts that are on brand for clients

Ability to write out clear art direction for clients and other team members

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience leading or mentoring creatives, with a knack for giving constructive feedbackFamiliarity with stop motion and content creation tools

Openness or experience with AI image creation

Openness or experience with UGC image or video creation

DSLR (full frame preferred) or Mirrorless camera

Studio lighting (strobe or continuous) 

Proficiency in CaptureOne, Photoshop, Lightroom

Basic food styling

Project Management tool experience is a plus (Asana, Slack, Basecamp)

Graphic Design - not required but a bonus skill
