Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crane Operator to join our team in the Bakken region, supporting coil tubing operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, go-getter who is comfortable setting up the crane, performing ground operations, and assisting with other daily tasks. Responsibilities :

• Safely operate and set up cranes for coil tubing and associated operations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Support daily ground operations and assist team members with various tasks.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2+ years of crane operating experience, preferably in coil tubing or similar oilfield operations.
• NCCCO certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
