MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT ADMINISTRATIVE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Connect Staffing is seeking a Temp Coordinator/Recruiter to support workforce operations at a manufacturing facility in Walla Walla, WA.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with occasional overtime as required
6 months of recent administrative or customer service experience preferred
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during check-ins or facility tours
Prior experience in roles such as Office Assistant, HR Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Administrative Coordinator, Front Desk Assistant, or Operations Support is a big plus!

Organize and file employee documents and onboarding paperwork
Support day-to-day communication with temporary staff and site supervisors

Help ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies
Occasional overtime may be required during peak work periods
