Job Description
- Takes and records patients’ vital signs
- Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.
- Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
- Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor

Standard shift: - Day shift 7:00AM - 3:00PM
- Evening shift 3:00PM - 11:00PM
- Night shift 11:00PM - 7:00AM
Weekly schedule: - Rotating weekends
- Weekend availability
Education: - High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification: - CNA License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
