Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of solution architecture principles and practices, with a strong ability to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall business strategy and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality solutions are delivered.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Lead the development of proof of concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to communicate architectural concepts and gather feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the architecture framework.
• Document architectural designs, decisions, and processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure solutions across various platforms.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of data architecture and database design principles.
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in solution architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus among stakeholders
