Job Summary


We are seeking 2 skilled Master Tech, Chrysler Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to join our team approx. 1/2 hour south of Huntsville, Alabama . The ideal candidate will be a Master Chrysler Tech, Level 3 or 4 and possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves diagnostics experience, working on various vehicle systems, including powertrain and electrical systems, and requires proficiency in using power tools and performing maintenance tasks. OEM Technicians with at least 4 years may also apply. Note: Ability to either commute or relocate to Arab, Alabama is required. Relocation assistance and bonus option is available for the right candidate.

Duties

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs on vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Execute alignments and other adjustments to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various repair tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
• Collaborate with service advisor/service manager to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Skills

• Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a solid understanding of automotive electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• Extensive knowledge of Chrysler vehicles is required
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
