We are seeking a talented Bartender/Bartendress to join our dynamic team at AYANA Komodo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
Create signature cocktails and innovative drink recipes that showcase local ingredients and flavors
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
Collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
Indonesian citizen
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Relevant training or certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus
