Job Description

We are a premier fine dining establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional service, refined cuisine, and a sophisticated guest experience. We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team and elevate our beverage program.

Position Summary:
The Bartender will craft and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, curate wine and spirit recommendations, and deliver impeccable service to our guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, extensive knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and craft cocktails, and thrives in a high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, and cocktail preparation.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar according to restaurant standards.
  • Uphold all state and local alcohol regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Accurately process payments and manage tabs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine varietals, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) preferred.
