Capistrano Mazda is one of the busiest Dealers in San Juan Capistrano! With so many Mazda vehicles to service, we need good technicians like you to join our team. We have DOUBLED our CUSTOMER PAY HOURS and we want you to benefit from that growth. Pay Scale: Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 -$45.00+ plus production bonuses and aggressive spiff program. We make the transition easy as possible:

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Ability to understand and operate computers
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
