Seeking Business Immigration Associate Attorney
Growing MetroWest Boston Immigration Firm seeks a recent law grad or junior associate to join our growing team of immigration professionals. Located in MetroWest Boston, our firm supports a broad range of for-profit and not for profit enterprises of various sizes, including several large global IT companies. We are looking for a bright, industrious, and detail-oriented law school graduate with either prior immigration law experience, or a demonstrated desire to enter this dynamic area of practice.
This individual will learn the PERM process from the ground up and ultimately assume responsibility for a high-volume PERM program which uses shared recruitment to expedite the process life cycle. Organizational skills are key as sophisticated databases of ready for recruitment job descriptions, and multi-tiered tracking systems are utilized. This role will also gain exposure to the full range of business-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas as well as a smaller volume of family-based casework.
Our existing team consists of two attorneys, five paralegals and one marketing and operations manager. Candidates should be recent law school graduates, licensed to practice law, preferably in Massachusetts. Immigration experience preferred but not required. Multi-Lingual Skills are a plus, particularly Portuguese.
