Associate Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is partnering with a nationally recognized personal injury law firm that provides legal representation to clients across the United States. We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join the firm’s Irvine, CA office. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience and a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of individuals injured due to negligence. This role is focused exclusively on litigation;  no pre-litigation responsibilities are required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Someone who can begin managing a caseload of 30 - 50 cases with the assistance of a supporting staff.
• Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Interview and depose clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong case.
• Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure timely case progress.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in personal injury law is a must
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must. 
• The ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Admission to the State Bar of CA and in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000
