Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing major residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and more.

Learn more about us at 911applianceemt.com . Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances (refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and dispatch
- Provide honest, effective, and persuasive service to encourage repair over replacement
- Manage job updates, photos, and notes using our mobile CRM system
- Maintain a clean work vehicle and manage your own parts inventory
- Submit detailed repair notes and part needs through our system
- Represent the Appliance EMT brand with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure high-quality service on every job by following safety protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair
- Strong diagnostic and independent troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
