The After School Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and supervision of the school’s after-school care program. This position ensures that the program provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment aligned with the school’s mission and values. The Supervisor leads and supports program staff, oversees daily operations, implements age-appropriate activities, and maintains clear communication with students, parents, and school administration.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a school, daycare, camp, or similar environment.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
Must be dependable, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating a supportive environment for children.
