Are you a dependable, friendly, and team-oriented individual looking to join a close-knit Admin team? We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to Senior Partners and assist portfolio managers and analysts. In this role, you will handle general administrative tasks, client portfolio presentations, and engage with custodians to facilitate account transactions and client communications.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using software such as Outlook, Teams, Salesforce
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in financial services or client-service roles
  • Familiarity with financial tools like Axys, Docusign, and Salesforce

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree not mandatory
  • Prior experience in financial services is a plus

  • Must be comfortable working in a quiet, professional office environment
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote)
